                                                                               Warranty policy

1.0 Guanghaofitting  warrants that the Goods manufactured by Guanghaofitting  will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from contractual delivery of the Goods (i.e., FOB or CIF or any other contractual delivery condition for the Guanghaofitting ). Guanghaofitting  ensures that the Goods will meet the requirements or specifications set forth in the Agreement.

1.1 Except for the warranties contained herein, the Guanghaofitting  does not make any other warranties, including the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or result. The warranties contained in this article are in lieu of all other warranties, terms, representations, guarantees or liabilities, whether oral, written, express, implied or statutory, and such other warranties, terms, representations, guarantees or liabilities at law, common law, in contract, in tort, or otherwise (including, without limitation, strict product liability and negligence) are disclaimed, and Guanghaofitting ’s warranty obligations hereunder, and Client’s remedies, if any,(except as to title) are solely and exclusively stated in this article.

1.2 Client shall give notice to Guanghaofitting  within five (5) days from the date of discovery of a hidden defect or from the date on which a diligent purchaser should have discovered the hidden defect; and within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery of the Goods in case of patent defects. Failure by the Client to give written notice within the aforesaid period shall release Guanghaofitting  from any liability thereof.

1.3 Liability of Guanghaofitting  under this warranty shall be limited to repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price of the defective Goods.

1.4 Guanghaofitting  further warrants all corrective actions it performs against defects in material or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the applicable repair or replacement.

1.5 Guanghaofitting  shall not have any warranty obligations with respect to any Good, or part thereof, which:

1.5.1 Is normally consumed in operation,

1.5.2 Has a normal life inherently shorter than the warranty period specified herein,

1.5.3 is not properly stored, installed, maintained or repaired, or is modified other than pursuant to Guanghaofitting ’s instructions or approval, or

1.5.4  Has been subjected to any other kind of detrimental exposure, or has been involved in an accident for which Guanghaofitting  could not be responsible
